The Boksburg North Sector Four CPF raised funds through a car show on September 10.
Members of the CPF and Gas Monkey. They are Daphne' Va Sandt , Mineon Pistorius, Simone Watson, Ashleigh Gertzen, and Lloyd Ronson .They did the initiative in partnership with Nitro Crew and Gas Monkey.
“We need the uniforms and equipment to patrol and keep the Boksburg North area safe. It’s not only that reason that we are raising funds but we also know that in order for us to be safe and visible during patrols we need equipment and uniforms. We managed to raise R5 200 during this event. “It’s our first time fundraising in this manner. This is a unique fundraiser that gives the community of Boksburg time to listen to good music and look at customised cars at the same time. It’s not often that you see fundraising events like this one.
