Another drop in COVID-19 cases in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties while cases of influenza cases are creeping up.shows 66 active high-risk cases of COVID-19, down from 85 last week.Hospitalizations have also dropped from 16 to 7.There are four outbreaks in high-risk settings which is one less than the previous week.There have been 29 lab confirmed cases so far.
Some of the cases likely relate to Hastings Centennial Manor where an Influenza A oubreak was declared late last week.One case has been confirmed to date.
