Deputy President David Mabuza will, for the rest of the week, execute all presidential responsibilities.

According to the Presidency, Ramaphosa started feeling unwell after leaving the State Memorial Service for FW de Klerk in Cape Town on Sunday.

The Presidency says Ramaphosa is in good spirits and receiving treatment from military doctors for mild COVID-19 symptoms.Meanwhile, the National Institute for Communicable Diseases reported 18,035 new cases on Sunday.Please see full statement in link:
