says there's been a rapid and sustained increase in COVID-19 cases and it's no longer confined to Tshwane.“What we have noticed is that the risk of COVID-19 in the community has increased," said Mary Kawonga, the council's chair.
"A number of indicators show us that the seven-day rolling average has increased. We have seen a 20 percnet increase per day in the seven-day rolling on average.”
