The KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg lambasted the Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC Bongiwe Sithole-Moloi for"failing" to facilitate six municipal by-elections.However, the court granted the Sithole-Moloi's main request: to postpone the by-elections to mid-June, after the national elections have taken place.South Africans need to be in the know if we want to create a prosperous future.
