Bongani Ntanzi appeared before the High Court for a formal bail application on Thursday.
State prosecutor Advocate George Baloyi told the court that Ntanzi left work on 25 October 2014 and only came back on 2 November 2014. Baloyi says that this is according to evidence presented by Ntanzi's supervisor at Sibanye-Stillwater Mines.READ:"He says that the applicant was last reported for duty on the 25 October 2014 at 03:57 am and left work at 06:01 am and there is no work access or meal clock-in for him for the 26 October 2014 until 1 November 2014.
