Michelle Troconis' attorney told a judge that prosecutors have provided documents from a Homeland Security investigation indicating law enforcement suspected Fotis Dulos’ friend Andreas Toutziaridis helped him create an alibi for his wife’s disappearance

The special agent says a preliminary search of Toutziaridis’ phone also found that Dulos texted him around 10:25 p.m. the night before Jennifer Dulos went missing, instructing him to call him during the same timeframe.

The special agent saying,"I believe the entry about speaking to 'Fotis,' was a false entry, made in an attempt to conspire with Dulos to create an alibi for him.” The special agent told the judge there's probable cause that Toutziaridis’ phone contained evidence of a crime including interstate domestic violence, obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting and conspiracy to violate U.S. laws.
