The Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg has dismissed a legal challenge by the uMkhonto we Sizwe (MK) Political Party and its leader, former President Jacob Zuma, against the SABC's use of terms deemed 'pro-ANC'. The court ruled that it lacked jurisdiction and the case was not a constitutional matter, characterizing the challenge as 'obviously without foundation'.
