The illegal shopping spree came to an end when police confronted the couple on Feb. 16.
, Elkin Riva Gallego, 22, and Angy Ramirez Linares, 32, are facing felony retail theft charges after being confronted by Spring Township police Thursday after officers reported the pair stole $25,000 worth of products from two Ulta stores.
Police say the couple took $50,000 worth of merchandise after visiting 10 Ulta stores in the last two weeks, prompting police investigations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Three women were recently arrested after stealing $10,000 worth of makeup and perfume from multiple stores.
