Councillor Tracy Kelly said that more needs to be done to tackle the issue
A South Belfast councillor has said she was left speechless after "two houses" worth of waste were fly-tipped at a new community project.
She said that those emptying properties in the area were taking advantage of council clean-up teams who are already struggling to keep the city clean and tidy.Speaking to Belfast Live, councillor Kelly said: "When I saw just how much had been fly tipped from those houses I was speechless, especially when you consider the work that local residents have been doing to improve their area.
