Transforming a former vegetable washing facility
Plans to build 132 new homes in Swinderby are on the verge of receiving approval from North Kesteven District Council.
The proposed development will be located on the former site of a vegetable washing facility but has remained vacant since 2015. The plans also involve the conversion of an existing building into a shop and office space, further enhancing the overall functionality of the development.
