Adams signed a five-year contract worth $141.25 million with the Raiders last offseason following his blockbuster trade from Green Bay to Las Vegas. Trading Adams before June 1 would come attached with a dead cap charge of $31.4 million, per. That makes an abrupt trade unlikely, but the possibility becomes increasingly possible as the contract wears on and the dead cap penalty for trading Adams lowers.
