Fikile Mbalula, ANC Secretary General, stated that the party may be in talks with former EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi. He praised Ndlozi as a good politician and stated that he is welcome to join the ANC if he chooses. Mbalula also commented on Ndlozi's departure from the EFF, suggesting it highlights Julius Malema's power within the party.
Fikile Mbalula praised ex- EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi saying he is is a good politician and that he is more than welcome to join the ANC .Mbalula said this on Monday, during a media briefing on the outcome of the party’s national executive committee ordinary meeting. which was held at the Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg in December 2024. Earlier this month, the EFF confirmed that Ndlozi voluntarily resigned as a member of Parliament.
“I would not be shocked that the ANC can talk to him , and probably because he’s a good member of society and in the realm of politics, he’s a good politician. So, why not talk to him? At the end of the day, it’s him who can decide his future. Mbalula said if Ndlozi wants to remain in politics and contribute to the agenda of transformation and liberation, he is more than welcome to join the ANC.
