Jaxsen Wiebe and his Cougar teammates are in action tonight and tomorrow night at CN Centre against the Spokane Chiefs.
Prince George Cougars forward Jaxsen Wiebe has signed a three-year entry-level contract with the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks.
Wiebe, 20, has collected 31 points in 34 games this season between the Cougars and Edmonton Oil Kings. Wiebe was acquired by the Cougars on Nov. 28 and has registered 27 points in 28 games with Prince George. The Moose Jaw, Sask. native had a memorable 2021-22 season with the Edmonton Oil Kings, capturing a WHL championship and scoring a hat trick in the Memorial Cup.
