[ICYMI] Cosatu calls for nationwide strike
JOHANNESBURG - Cosatu says the only way to make the government act against the unaffordable cost of living is to bring the economy to a halt.It says that the national action is in response to the ongoing power cuts, fuel price hikes and escalating food prices.
Cosatu also says that the move is to push back and a response from workers. Cosatu president Zingiswa Losi says the government has to recognise that while many South Africans work, they are still struggling.
