Jane Hazelgrove has now been in Coronation Street for four years
Bernie Winter may have ruffled some feathers when she burst into Weatherfield back in 2019, but she has since won fans over to become a firm favourite.
Now that she's settled into the street, however, viewers have seen a softer side. As previously reported, Bernie will fight tooth and nail for her loved ones, and she's loyal to a fault.Away from the cameras, Jane seems to do much better romantically than her Corrie alter-ego. The 55-year-old has been married to fellow soap actor Isobel Middleton since 2015.
Isobel had three roles in Emmerdale as Dr Lane in 2014, a prosecution barrister during Simon McManus's trial in 2018 and Jean Rawson in 2020. And in the BBC soap EastEnders she played Sadie Banks in 2002.
