NY Governor Andrew Cuomo said that the rate of new coronavirus infections in his state is continuing to decline—with the number of daily hospitalizations hitting their lowest level since late March by skleb1234

The “good news” is that New York continues to see a declining number of coronavirus hospitalizations, intubations and deaths, Cuomo said.

That number peaked in early April, at over 3,000 per day; Just three days ago, new coronavirus hospitalizations were still around 2,000 per day, showing that the rate of infection is on the “descent,” Cuomo said.
