Coronation Street are set to introduce DS Swain’s ‘feisty’ daughter Coronation Street is set to bring in DS Lisa Swain’s ‘feisty’ teenage daughter, actress Vicky Myers has confirmed. DS Swain recently returned to our screens as a regular character, tasked with solving the mystery surrounding Lauren Bolton’s disappearance. After finding traces of blood and human tissue in Lauren’s flat, DS Swain arrested Roy Cropper for her murder.
‘We’re in the process of casting her 16-year-old daughter, and I think it’s fair to say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree – she’s feisty, opinionated and educated,’ Vicky teased. ‘It’s going to be interesting watching Swain juggling her professional and personal lives.
