Coronation Street star Alan Halsall has revealed he's undergone major surgery and his recovery period could take up to one year.
Speaking about his recovery, he said: "I know I have a long 9-12 months of rehabilitation ahead of me but I'm sure with the support of family and friends I'll get there. " He thanked the staff at the hospital, and his nurse, before asking for any rehab tips or advice. Top TV news Actress Georgia Taylor, who portrays Toyah Battersby, sent her well wishes, saying: "Aw recover well, darling."
