Coronation Street star and TV presenter Nicola Thorp has tied the knot with her actor husband, Nikesh Patel, just months after welcoming their first child together. Nicola, who starred on the hit ITV soap as Nicola Rubinstein from 2017 to 2019, gave birth to their daughter in January and shared a gushing post as she shared news of their nuptials.
Nikesh, who has starred in the likes of Midsomer Murders, Indian Summers, Doctor Who and Starstruck, shared the same wedding post on his own Instagram. The couple have been together since 2021 and in January 2024 welcomed their first child, a baby girl. Fans flooded to the comments as one wrote: "Kinda her step grandchild as well . Hearty congratulations to both you and Daddy Nik!" A second penned: "Oh this is awesome. Love love love."
