Another surprise exit on Coronation Street this evening
Carla Connor, who is played by Alison King, left the cobbles on Friday after she was pushed to the edge by Stephen Reid’s plan to spike her with drugs to induce a breakdown.
“I’m not a child, I’m worse than a child,” she said. “What if you’d be on a night shift? If you’d have been asleep and I’d have turned the grill on, I could’ve burned this place down, I could’ve killed you.” Peter drove her to the clinic but Roy seemed to be having his doubts on whether Carla was really struggling with her mental health like before - or whether something else was going on.
Carla was left furious over Stephen's nerve and as she took charge, ordered him to make everyone tea.
