It’s no different than councillors — stand up and declare your conflict," she said."This is a legal thing. This is a planning board issue. This is development, and the planning board and whoever all is involved have to follow the legalities of it.”
During the council debate on Aug. 17, Coun. Corey Frizzell spoke after McGuigan read the resolution, saying he would not support it. “That lot sat vacant from 1990. It didn’t get any tax money.
