Police identified the victim as Police Corporal Mark Edhyson L. Arinabo, 32, assigned to the Makati City Police Community Precinct 3 and a native of Capalalian, Pamplona.
Arinabo, also known as “Balong,” is the eldest of the six children of Edward B. Arinabo Sr. and Josephine L. Arinabo. Arinabo graduated with a criminology degree from the Florencio L. Vargas College in Abulug, Cagayan in 2013 and passed the licensure examination for criminologists the same year.
