CAPE TOWN - Convicted murderer and rapist, Luyanda Botha, who is on trial for the attempted rape of a nursing student ten years ago, has denied the charges against him.
Luyanda Botha, the man convicted of murdering and raping UCT student Uyinene Mrwetyana, is back in Court this afternoon. He told the court he visited the Athlone Nursing College on the day to confront his girlfriend about having an affair with another female student.
