Great news!
A £26m industrial and commercial park is being built at the historic Chorley site and will see 33 units built as well as a drive-through food outlet. Permission for the development, which will not involve the historic former mill building, was signed off by Chorley Borough Council earlier this year.
“We’ve already significantly grown our FI Construction arm to deliver it. We’re also fully committed to provided further training and employment opportunities to local people as well as seeking new supply chain partners from across Lancashire to ensure FIREM’s investment benefits the local economy.”
