Conor McGregor will not face criminal charges over allegations he sexually assaulted a woman during an NBA Finals game in June.

According to TMZ, prosecutors saw CCTV footage showing McGregor and his accuser going into the men's restroom together for around five minutes and were seen together at a nightclub after the game.
The woman's attorney told DailyMail.Com in June that she gave police clothes she was wearing at the time, claiming they prove that he 'spat' on her after forcing her into oral sex. It continued: 'Mr. McGregor then appeared from inside the handicapped stall and shoved his tongue in the victim’s mouth and aggressively kissed her,' according to the legal letter.McGregor was at the June 9 game in Miami to see the Nuggets play against the HeatWhile she was in the stall, she says McGregor 'pulled out his penis and shoved it down the throat of the victim'.
