Infrastructure and compensation will be some of the biggest expense drivers for 2025 at Meta, according to its 2024 financial report.

After expenses including tax, the company cleared $62.3 billion in net income, a 59 percent improvement compared to 2023.

Reality Labs remains a weight around the neck of Meta with the division reporting a $17.7 billion loss, $4.9 billion of which was lost just in the last quarter alone. “I think this is the most exciting and dynamic that I have ever seen our industry.
