Infrastructure and compensation will be some of the biggest expense drivers for 2025 at Meta, according to its 2024 financial report.

As regards revenue, Meta doesn’t have an outlook for the full year ahead but expects to report a figure of between $39.5 and $41.8 billion in Q1.For 2024, Meta drew in $164.5 billion in revenue. After expenses including tax, the company cleared $62.3 billion in net income, a 59 percent improvement compared to 2023.
Reality Labs remains a weight around the neck of Meta with the division reporting a $17.7 billion loss, $4.9 billion of which was lost just in the last quarter alone. “I think this is the most exciting and dynamic that I have ever seen our industry.
