With the deadline for upgrades getting closer, there are still many in the country who haven’t recoded their prepaid meters. Eskom is therefore now using pop-up offices to help customers. The power utility shared details in their post on X on 18 November 2024 of their pop-up offices which will be located in various communities in the Eastern Cape this week. According to their flyer posted online, they are using theEskom’s pop-up offices will be starting from 19 – 22 November 2024 in Ndlambe Municipality. Customers looking to upgrade their prepaid meters or require other services can access them on these days between 10:00 and 14:00.
