“With these things happening right now with the VCMs , definitely dapat i-examine kung gagamitin ba natin yung makina at yung provider ng makina at nang serbisyo, kasi apat na automated elections na at ganito pa rin,” said NAMFREL Secretary General Eric Alvia in a radio interview. [The consequence of this problem is you are losing votes…a citizen could lose his/ her right to vote.]
