Moreover, there is no constitutional right to be on Twitter or Facebook, any more than there is a constitutional right to walk into a store and take whatever you like without paying. Greene’s quasi-termination for repeatedly violating Twitter’s terms of service was, however, grist for an inevitable fundraising appeal. Having lost her committee assignments for, among other things, advocating violence against Democrats, Greene apparently has little to do with her time besides fleecing the gullible and outrage-prone.
