Columbus Weather: A few more showers possible with lingering clouds

A few breaks in the clouds could allow sunshine to peek through. More showers are expected by the second half of the day

SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy skies. Chance scattered showers. Winds: NW 10-15 MPH. High: 57Good morning, Central Ohio! A few hit-or-miss sprinkles are possible this morning; otherwise, clouds linger. as an upper-level disturbance settles over the Great Lakes region.

It will be a bit breezy with winds up to 10-15 mph. Highs will be in the upper 50s. Clouds persist on Monday with a few more showers possible. Highs will be a couple of degrees cooler in the low to mid-50s. A high-pressure system takes control of the area for Tuesday and Wednesday which will allow for more sunshine and dry conditions. Temperatures will return to the 60s with highs by Wednesday in the mid-60s. We end the work week on a wet note as a cold front slides into the area.
