Oppo has confirmed it will unveil the latest version of its software skin— ColorOS 14— on November 16. However, the company has already started to beta testing of the new OS on many phones. The latest device to join the program is the Oppo Reno 8. Here are the details., and now the Reno 8 has also been added to the roster. Oppo is recruiting internal beta testers from China starting today.
Oppo is yet to detail the major changes included in the ColorOS 14 update. Since it is based on Android 14, you can expect it to bring the new features Google introduced. To remind you, Android 14 brings several new features, including native spatial audio support, cross-device copy and paste, and a new media player. The Material You interface has been upgraded and the privacy and security have seen improvements.
