, Vista Ridge’s Brandon Hills became the fastest high school runner in Colorado. The Washington State football commit won from Lane 4 in 10.52 seconds. Hills, whose survived getting shot a year ago, took down a strong field that saw all nine runners finish under 11 seconds, including Cherokee Trail sophomore Peyton Sommers in second and Erie junior Blake Barnett, a Kansas State football commit, in third .
