Advocates celebrated Monday after a Boulder , Colorado judge rejected attempts by Exxon Mobil and Suncor Energy subsidiaries to dismiss a landmark lawsuit that seeks damages for the harms the fossil fuel companies have inflicted on the climate and local communities.
