Colombia has filed a request to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to intervene in the case regarding Israel's occupation of the Palestinian territories. The country urges the court to prioritize the safety and existence of the Palestinian people. So far, Colombia and Nicaragua are the only states to have publicly requested intervention.
