Central Ohio long has been one of the state’s top recruiting grounds for college football players, featuring a group of perennially strong programs led by Pickerington Central.
The Tigers won Division I state titles in 2017 and ’19, so not surprisingly, a slew of players from those teams are among those whose names will be called regularly by TV announcers over the coming months.
