'Gone are those days when I was younger where I literally had my head down the toilet'
In her latest Instagram video of Col's Corners, she discussed the topic of staying sober and addressed criticism from pals that she is 'boring' for not consuming alcohol. Addressing her 335,000 Instagram followers, The Blackpool star offered her own words of wisdom in the latest witty segment of 'Col's Corner'.
The stripped down version of an agony aunty style chat show gives her fans a minute or two of pure Coleen banter. The former Nolans group singer said that she actually prefers a cup of tea.Starting off the video, she said: "99% of the time I prefer a cup of tea. But all my life, I've been a bit bullied about alcohol because when you go out people are like 'what do you mean you don't drink?But, the ITV Loose Women panellist said she actually has the best time when she's out.
"And they get to a point when they're so drunk they can't even remember where they are. I'm everyone's favourite person because I can drive them home." The mum-of-three then urged people not to feel pressured to drink when they're out and to stick to their guns. She then confessed that sometimes she'll buy a coke or lemonade and tell a cheeky lie that it has vodka in it.
Coleen, 58, admitted that she's not t-total and every now and then she likes a rum and coke. She said: "Gone are those days when I was younger where I literally had my head down the toilet."
