They drew the first match against Mamelodi Sundowns and lost the second one. Makhubedu has explained how the team’s defence has managed to keep some of the league’s strikers at bay, including Chiefs’ Christian Saile and Pirates’ Terrence Dzvukamanja. “We have played against very good strikers before. For example, we have played against Saile from Chiefs whom I think is one of the fastest players and the most powerful attacker in the league. He is very quick and powerful but through our good defenders we managed to deal with him,” he said.“We played against Dzvukamanja. So, we have seasoned players at the back and we are a well coached team.
