Defence lawyer says 'She does not accept that she used force outside of self defence'
A Co Antrim woman who allegedly bit a female twice to the leg and made threats to kill must stay in prison, a High Court judge ruled today .
The caller said that Pierce allegedly turned up at her neighbour’s house and started making accusations against her and tried to start a fight. “Another female restrained Pierce to the ground. She was heard saying that Pierce was ‘biting me’ before police arrived. The court was told that an address put forward to secure her release belonged to her “partner” who only a few weeks earlier rang police and asked that she be removed from his house.
