A witness tells police she saw two men assault a younger male, and then saw the two men put the younger man in the trunk of a gray sedan and drive away.
A witness tells police she saw a red sedan and gray SUV parked on East 79th Street near St. Clair Avenue at about 7 a.m. Sunday. She said she saw two men assault a younger male – maybe around 17 or 18 years old – and then saw the two men put the younger man in the gray SUV and drive away.
Police do not have a license plate for the gray SUV, but the red sedan had a license plate that came back to a different car registered in north-central Ohio. Police have not received any other reports of the possible kidnapping, and no other witnesses could be found. No additional information was released late Sunday.
