Clemson's policy change on TikTok was first alerted to students via email on July 7, and the move follows Gov. Henry McMaster's banning of TikTok on government-managed devices over security concerns."Federal law enforcement and national security officials have warned that TikTok poses a clear and present danger to its users, and a growing bipartisan coalition in Congress is pushing to ban access to TikTok in the United States," McMaster said.
