DC Studios looks to bring another Batman villain to life, as one of the Dark Knight's most famous DC baddies is getting their own solo movie. While the DC Universe has just begun with Max's Creature Commandos, DC Studios has more projects on the way for the big and small screens.
What Mike Flanagan's Clayface Movie Means For DC Studios Clayface Could Go Several Different Ways Close ✕ Remove Ads The new DC Studios report shouldn't come as too much of a surprise, as Flanagan making a Clayface movie is something the filmmaker himself teased in August during a Screen Rant-hosted panel at Fan Expo Canada.
The biggest question, however, is where DC Studios is placing the Clayface film, as they have multiple options for the project in terms of both character and continuity. While the DCU has Alan Tudyk voicing the character in Creature Commandos, it's possible the Clayface project could be an Elseworlds title, and therefore not set in Matt Reeves' The Batman universe; his involvement was not mentioned in the trade's report.
