The third series of The Traitors is set to return to BBC One in the New Year and now the BBC has confirmed the release date for the show, hosted by Claudia Winkleman
BBC One has announced the return of its popular series The Traitors, with the third instalment set to hit television screens in 2025. The show, which is hosted by Claudia Winkleman, will make its comeback on Wednesday, 1 January at 8pm.
In addition to the main programme, fans can look forward to the podcast The Traitors: Uncloaked making a return. Comedian Ed Gamble will resume his role as host, with the podcast being available following each episode on BBC Two and iPlayer. An extended version featuring additional guests will also be accessible on BBC Sounds.
The second series of The Traitors, which aired this year, captivated over eight million viewers. In a gripping finale, Harry Clark walked away with £95,150 after successfully misleading Mollie Pearce into believing he was one of the Faithful. The Traitors has quickly become a favourite among television viewers since its debut. The programme has been recognised with a BAFTA TV award for Best Reality and Constructed Factual Show, while Claudia was honoured with the Best Entertainment Performance award for her hosting duties.
