Claim to Fame's Gabriel tells how he got Chris.
Claim to Fame season 2 winner Gabriel figured out Chris' identity as Donny Osmond's son after three of his fellow competitors were eliminated after guessing him wrong. However, it was Monay who guessed Chris correctly at the second-to-last finale Guess-Off. Third place finisher Chris was a mystery throughout the season, with the contestants thinking he could be related to anyone from John Mayer to Jim Carrey. He kept his identity under wraps until the two-part finale.

Gabriel finally thought of the Osmonds, zeroing in on Donny specifically. While Chris' identity appeared to come to him suddenly, Gabriel revealed what didn't air on the show. He said, "That teen idol in the '70s was big for me.
Gabriel was a whiz at solving the Claim to Fame Wine Room puzzle clues. He quickly deciphered Monay and J.R.'s clues, using the symbols to get important information. Although he didn't always know exactly which celebrity the clues referenced, his ability to interpret them accurately led to him figuring out more celebrity identities. Gabriel paid attention to other clues as well.
Gabriel deserved to win Claim to Fame. He won six challenges, which was the most of any competitor. He also had a strong social game that made him trustworthy and fun to have around the house. Gabriel also was able to keep his own celebrity relative a secret, convincing his fellow contestants that he was related to an athlete until the very end. Gabriel coming up with Donny's name for Chris' celebrity relative was one of the best moments of the season.
