It opens later this month
Asian-inspired fast food brand itsu will be opening in Nottingham later this month. The location will be in VIctoria Centre in the former home of Mr Frites.
The menu features sushi and salads, rice and noodle bowls, gyoza, baos and soups. Desserts, including mochi and chocolate mousse, snacks and hot and cold drinks will also be on sale when the restaurant opens on Friday January 20 at 11am.Neil Miller, chief customer officer at itsu, said: "We’re looking forward to bringing our nutritious menu to the people of Nottingham.
Customers will find itsu classics as well as their newest ‘374’ dish - a seasonal feast for only 374 calories consisting of five steamed signature veg gyoza, light crystal noodles, a medley of up to 12 different greens, veg and fresh herbs, pumpkin seeds and miso mushroom 'brilliant’broth'- perfect for those giving Veganuary a go this year. More than a third of dishes are plant-based.
Students & NHS workers will get 15 percent off their bill. To eliminate food waste, anyone can bag a bargain at a half-price sale of sushi and salads 30 minutes before closing.
