As people of all ages flock to a new BMX park in Oshawa, the city is reminding you to keep safety top of mind.Everyone who uses it does so at their own risk, meaning the city can’t be held liable for any injuries suffered at the park.Anyone under 13 must have a parent or guardian present and no one is allowed to make any changes or modifications to the park.Before you hop on your BMX, you should also check the track for any garbage or debris.
The city is also asking you to be respectful to fellow users.
