Under the agreement, the parties will conduct the study over 12 months. Afterward, both parties will collectively determine how to execute an engineering design agreement. City Energy is Singapore’s sole producer and provider of piped town gas wholly owned by Keppel Infrastructure Trust. Gentari is a Malaysian clean energy solutions provider wholly owned by PETRONAS.
