Las autoridades libias impidieron el viernes la entrada de civiles a la ciudad oriental de Derna, devastada por las inundaciones, para que los rescatistas puedan buscan entre el lodo y los escombros de los edificios a las 10.100 personas que siguen desaparecidas luego de que la cifra oficial de víctimas aumentó a 11.300.
