Christine McGuinness has opened up about her experience on Pilgrimage: The Road Through North Wales
Christine McGuinness was left shaken after a rude heckler confronted her at the press launch for BBC Two's Pilgrimage: The Road Through North Wales. She went on her spiritual journey with fellow celebrities Michaela Strachan, Spencer Matthews, Eshaan Akbar, Amanda Lovett, Tom Rosenthal and Sonali Shah.
"I just felt comfortable enough to be able to speak to him about it. Tom and I have spoken quite a lot outside the show about him looking at getting a diagnosis and it's up to him whether he wants to or not," reports OK!. She said the experience brought home to her that an enormous amount of work has to be done to make society inclusive but it is a challenge she is more than ready to take on. "It just shows that we've still got a really long way to go," Christine said. "While we are living in such a big diverse world, we need to make it more inclusive. To make it more inclusive, we've got to understand each other. We've got to listen.
