Scarletswill start at flyhalf with Springbok Johan Goosen moving to fullback in place of Kurt-Lee Arendse. Goosen started at No 10 in last week's 31-7 Champions Cup defeat away to Lyon.
Elsewhere in the backline, Harold Vorster and Lionel Mapoe form a new centre combination in place of Cornal Hendricks and Wandisile Simelane, who feature on the bench. Zak Burger also swaps places at scrumhalf with Embrose Papier.Up front, lock Ruan Nortje returns to captain the side, taking the No 5 jersey from Janko Swanepoel.
Jan-Hendrik Wessels is back to provide hooker cover as Bismarck du Plessis sits out, while Nizaam Carr provides loose forward cover on the bench.
